I’ve been behind the chair since 2019, specializing in all things blonde, but I really love doing it all! My creativity and love for art have allowed me to flourish as a hairstylist. I’m very passionate about making all of my guests feel beautiful and confident when they leave my chair, by personalizing each look for everyone’s day-to-day needs. I pride myself on keeping up with the latest trends in the industry, because it is my number one goal to keep you feeling and looking your very best. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!

Hi, I’m Renee! I am new to the industry and graduated in 2023 from Salon Institute. I love doing hair of all color, lengths and shapes, however I get the most excited when I’m doing a blonding service. My love for hair started from a very young age, when I wouldn’t leave the house without my mom putting bows, clips, or doing some sort of updo to my hair. I remember always feeling so pretty when she would do it, and I strive to make my clients feel that way every time they sit in my chair! When I’m not in the salon I’m at home spending time with my Fiancé Austin, and our two Pomeranians Luna and Lily watching a movie!

Hi, I’m Cassie Steele—master stylist, educator, and lifelong student of the hair industry.
Born and raised in Michigan, my career took me to Jacksonville, Florida, where I spent nearly two decades behind the chair building, leading, and educating within the beauty industry. In July, I relocated to Ohio to be closer to family, and it has been incredibly rewarding to return to my roots while continuing to serve clients with the same passion and dedication that has defined my career from the beginning.
With over 24 years of hands-on experience, I’ve worked in nearly every area of the hair industry—from behind the chair to salon ownership, managing and mentoring a 17-person team, and educating fellow stylists. I firmly believe that education is the foundation of great hair, which is why I continually invest in learning and refining my craft to deliver exceptional results for every client who sits in my chair.
My career has led me to incredible opportunities, including serving as an educator for Wella Professionals, participating in advanced training at Wella Studios in Los Angeles and New York, and working New York Fashion Week alongside top industry and celebrity artists. I am certified in Brazilian Blowout, extensions, and Vidal Sassoon cutting, with additional training in Pivot Point cutting and makeup.
What truly sets my work apart is my commitment to creating hair that fits your lifestyle—not just trends. I take the time to listen, educate, and customize every service so clients leave feeling confident, empowered, and cared for. Hi, I’m Meghan! I’m new to the nail industry and a proud 2025 graduate of Summit Salon Academy. I absolutely love all things nails and am passionate about keeping them healthy while using clean and safe products so every client feels comfortable and confident in my chair.
I’m very art loving and enjoy creating anything from simple, clean sets to fun, detailed nail art while bringing the newest trends to life. My favorite part of what I do is helping my clients feel more confident and excited about their nails when they leave.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me pet sitting, helping others, or curled up watching the newest trending Netflix documentary.

Hi, I’m Alyssa! I’ve been a nail tech specializing in natural nails and structured gel since 2023, with a big love for all things nail art. From clean, minimal designs to bold, funky sets, I’m all about bringing the latest trends you see on social media straight to your fingertips.
When I first started in the beauty industry, I knew I wanted to focus on keeping nails as healthy as possible while still giving my clients space to express themselves through art. My goal is to create nails that not only look amazing, but feel amazing too. When I’m not behind the nail desk, you can usually find me at the tattoo shop, where I’m also a tiny tattoo apprentice, or rotting on the couch with my sweet cat and a good romance book!
